About Us
We’re Burrows Developments - a small, design-led team based in Surrey, driven to transform underutilised and overlooked sites into beautiful, functional spaces.
We are not a volume developer. We care deeply about protecting local culture, history and nature, and bringing individuality to the Surrey property market. Our work spans residential, commercial and mixed-use redevelopment. We’re particularly drawn to agricultural, heritage and brownfield sites, where thoughtful development can make a genuine difference to the people and communities around them.
Alongside our own projects, we provide property sourcing and intelligence services. We help developers and investors find and assess opportunities before committing time or capital, and provide estate agents with ready-made property insight packs to reduce fall-throughs.
We work in close partnership with Woods Home Design, a family-run planning, design, and build firm with over 25 years of experience across Surrey and the surrounding areas.
